Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with special education team members to support evaluation processes. Assist with managing and organizing student files, ensuring all paperwork is current and accurate. Aid with testing protocols and help prepare necessary materials. Conduct student observations and prepare detailed write-ups. Purge and route completed files appropriately within the school system. Maintain a fast-paced workflow while balancing a substantial workload independently.

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

Must meet one of the following: Pass the MN Board Highly Qualified Paraprofessional Exam (MN Para Educator Exam must be passed). Hold at least 60 college credits, with transcripts available for review. Strong organizational abilities and a self-directed approach to tasks. Effective communication skills to collaborate within a team environment. Comfortable working onsite, managing multiple priorities with efficiency.
