10/7/2026 SUMMARY The Mental Health Worker will perform random urine toxicology collection activities. RESPONSIBILITIES
Greet clients in a courteous manner Supervise urine toxicology samples Ensure all drug screen specimens are collected accurately and on time Collect specimens according to established procedures Complete chain of custody forms accurately Submit supporting documentation electronically Package specimens for transport Maintain required records & documentation Provide administrative support including filing, faxing documents, preparing & distributing mail, and compiling statistics & data for reporting
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
High School diploma, or equivalent, required Ability to read & comprehend instructions, medication/physician order sheets, short correspondence, and memos Oral & written communication skills, including speech, grammar, spelling, and legibility are at a sufficient level to ensure effective & appropriate communication Ability to access emergency resources Ability to complete all required training & certifications Pay Range $18.00-$25.82 Location GHI-Pawtucket-101 Bacon Street - 101 Bacon St. Pawtucket, Rhode Island 02860 Work Type M-F 8:00am-4:30pm Work Shift Day Daily Hours 8 hours Driving Required Yes Brown University Health is committed to providing equal employment opportunities and maintaining a work environment free from all forms of unlawful discrimination and harassment.
