Our team is small, our standards are high, and we are looking for a Nurse Practitioner who wants to grow with us. The Opportunity We are seeking a clinically strong, highly coachable Nurse Practitioner with exceptional interpersonal skills and a genuine interest in hormone optimization, peptide therapy, medical weight management, metabolic health, and longevity medicine. You do not need to arrive as an expert in hormone or longevity medicine. Relevant experience is valued, but we are equally interested in finding the right person with a strong clinical foundation, intellectual curiosity, sound judgment, and the desire to develop meaningful expertise in this field. The right candidate will combine clinical competence with warmth, professionalism, discretion, emotional intelligence, and an exceptional level of client care. What We're Looking For Required:
Current or eligible Texas APRN licensure and appropriate national NP certification Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills Excellent verbal and written communication Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and follow-through Professional, warm, and client-focused presence Sound judgment and commitment to confidentiality Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a small team Genuine interest in hormone, metabolic, and longevity medicine Desire to learn, grow, and take on greater responsibility over time Experience highly valued in: Hormone replacement therapy and menopause care Testosterone and thyroid management Medical weight management and GLP-1 therapy Peptide therapy Functional, integrative, primary care, or endocrinology Concierge or private-pay medicine Leadership or practice management Strong new graduates with substantial prior nursing experience may also be considered. What You'll Do Responsibilities will expand based on experience and demonstrated competency and may include: New client consultations and follow-up care Hormone optimization and thyroid management Comprehensive lab review and interpretation Treatment planning and medication adjustments within scope GLP-1 and metabolic health management Peptide consultations and follow-up Body composition and health optimization Client education and ongoing care plan management

treatments Accurate and thorough clinical documentation Close collaboration with our clinical and client experience team Schedule & Compensation Approximately 28 hours per week across four consistent clinic days in our West Lake Hills office. This is a predictable outpatient schedule with no hospital rounds, overnight shifts, or urgent care pace. There is meaningful opportunity for the role to expand as the practice and client base continue to grow.
Compensation:
