Job Summary:
Aviata at Arbor Springs is seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to join our team! As a CNA, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to our residents by providing direct care and support. Responsibilities:
Deliver direct care to residents and patients in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and life care standards Assist residents with activities of daily living, personal hygiene, and mobility Provide companionship and conversation to residents Conduct rounds to monitor for hazards or incidents Assist in dining, including escorting residents to the dining room, serving, and clean-up Perform light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation Observe and report changes in residents' condition and status Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
High School diploma or GED Florida CNA license Ability to read and communicate at an adequate level to essential job duties Ability to treat and care for seniors and their property with dignity and respect Ability to communicate with clients in a friendly and congenial manner Caregivers must complete our new hire orientation Why Choose Aviata Health Group?
