Financial Planning Assistance Essential functions of the position include, but are not limited to: Transport residents safely to and from appointments Review, follow and provide resident care in accordance with care plans Complete documentation as required Maintain confidentiality of residents Implement reality orientation programs Work cooperatively with residents, peers, nurses, physicians & families to assure the best care for our residents.
