We've got you covered. Cherrydale Post Acute has partnered with Impact CNA School to provide tuition-paid CNA training. Through this 6-week program, you'll gain the skills, knowledge, and hands-on experience needed to launch a rewarding healthcare career. What You'll Receive After Graduation Upon successful completion of the program and transition into a CNA role, you'll enjoy: $16-$19/hour $10,000 toward nursing school tuition or loan repayment Includes up to $5,000 matching assistance through ECPI Next-day pay available upon request PRN opportunities throughout our extensive network Multiple healthcare plan options 401(k) with company match Career advancement opportunities across South Carolina Employee appreciation events and recognition programs What We're Looking For Successful CNA Trainee candidates will have: At least 18 years of age Reliable transportation Compassion for the senior population A strong desire to build a career in healthcare Caregiving experience preferred, but not required A positive attitude and willingness to learn Program Overview The Nurse Aide in Training Program is designed for individuals preparing to become Certified Nursing Assistants. Participants receive classroom instruction and supervised hands-on experience while learning the skills needed to provide exceptional resident care in a skilled nursing environment.
