Job Description:

As a Certified Caregiver (CNA / HHA / PCA) at Care With Love, you will play an essential role in delivering high-quality care to our clients. Your responsibilities will include assisting with activities of daily living, monitoring clients' health and well-being, administering medications as needed, and maintaining accurate documentation.

Job Responsibilities:

As a Certified Caregiver (CNA / HHA / PCA) at Care With Love, your responsibilities will include the following: Assisting clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, and dressing Providing mobility assistance, including transferring, positioning, and supporting clients with ambulation Observing, documenting, and reporting any changes in clients' health conditions and needs Maintaining a clean and safe environment for clients and reporting any concerns to the appropriate personnel Working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive client care Encouraging independence and enhancing clients' quality of life through compassionate, person-centered care

Requirements:

As a Certified Caregiver (CNA / HHA / PCA) at Care With Love, candidates are expected to have: Certification in Virginia as a

CNA / HHA / PCA

Prior experience in home care or a long-term care setting preferred Strong communication and interpersonal abilities A compassionate, patient, and understanding attitude The ability to work independently as well as effectively within a team environment A valid driver's license and dependable transportation Availability to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends (preferred)

Pay Rate:

As a Certified Caregiver (CNA / HHA / PCA) at Care With Love, the pay rate is: $16 - $25 per hour (depending on shift type and duration)
