We are a Nursing Home Compare Five-Star facility providing skilled nursing, long-term care, and rehabilitation services in the beautiful community of Ardmore, Oklahoma. We are currently seeking a compassionate and dependable RN or LPN to join our nursing team for the 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM shift.

Position Highlights:

Responsibilities:

Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Assess residents and report changes in condition to the physician and interdisciplinary team Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants Accurately document resident care in the electronic medical record Ensure compliance with all facility policies and state and federal regulations Provide compassionate care while promoting residents' dignity and quality of life

Qualifications:

Current Oklahoma RN or LPN license in good standing Long-term care experience preferred, but not required Strong assessment and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team A genuine passion for caring for seniors If you're looking for a rewarding opportunity with a predictable schedule and extra income, we'd love to meet you!
