• LVN or RN is responsible for providing exceptional nursing care to our residents, while also promoting a positive and supportive work environment.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the Night Shift team, ensuring that our residents receive high-quality care and support Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with our multidisciplinary team Monitor and report resident changes, concerns, and progress to our medical director and other relevant staff members Supervise and train Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and other support staff Maintain accurate and up-to-date resident records and reports Participate in quality improvement initiatives and education programs to stay current with best practices and industry standards

About Our Ideal Candidate:

Must be a registered nurse (RN) with a current license in the state of Texas, or a licensed vocational nurse (LVN) with a current license in the state of Texas Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and responsibilities Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team Passion for providing exceptional patient care and support, with a focus on patient-centered care Ability to move intermittently throughout the workday and safely assist with resident transfers
