Occupational Therapist (OT) - Part-Time

Location:

Cedarhurst, NY

Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist to provide therapy services to students with diverse developmental and learning needs. The OT will support students in developing the skills needed for academic participation, independence, and daily activities.

Responsibilities

Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and assessments.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

Provide therapy aligned with student needs and IEP goals.

Support fine motor, sensory, coordination, and functional skills.

Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation.

Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams.

Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations as needed.

Qualifications

Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.

Valid New York State OT license.

Experience working with children or students preferred.

Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
