JOB DESCRIPTION

Medical Center in southern Alabama is seeking an Interventional/Vascular Neurologist to join the team. Competitive compensation package and comprehensive benefits packages included.

HOSPITAL

One of the largest not-for-profit tertiary referral centers in Alabama serving over 600,000 within a 75-mile radius. Robust IM Hospitalist program provides ED unassigned coverage, care for transfers, and inpatient consults. Interventional cardiology, EP and radiology labs, lithotripsy, 3 MRIs, 3 CTs, and PET Scanner. Pain Management and Physiatry services provided through outpatient clinics on Southeast Health campus. 22 OR suites with 2 Endovascular suites and open heart suitesLevel 2 trauma center with EM residency trained physiciansOne of only 3 comprehensive stroke centers in Alabama with a dedicated lab for Neuroendovascular procedures32-bed medical ICUUAB Cancer Center affiliate ACGME Internal Medicine Residency and Transitional Year programs
