Category Imaging - CT Job Type Contract Step into a dynamic role providing advanced imaging services as a skilled CT and CT/PET Technologist. In this rewarding contract position, your expertise will play a key part in delivering high-quality diagnostic care to patients.
Qualifications and Experience:
Current certification as a CT Technologist (ARRT/CT) Proven experience operating CT and PET/CT imaging equipment Proficient in patient positioning, image acquisition, and safety procedures Deep understanding of imaging protocols and radiation safety regulations Strong communication skills and a compassionate bedside manner Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team Flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced clinical environment Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
Responsibilities:
Perform high-quality CT and CT/PET imaging studies as ordered by healthcare providers Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout imaging procedures Follow all department and regulatory standards, including proper documentation and reporting Calibrate, operate, and maintain all assigned imaging equipment Accurately review and process images for physician interpretation Respond to patient questions and provide clear explanations of procedures Maintain patient records and uphold strict confidentiality standards Assist with workflow by supporting colleagues as needed during shifts This opportunity provides an engaging work environment where your technical acumen and patient care skills will be valued.
