This contract opportunity is ideal for professionals skilled as Imaging - Radiology Techs or X-ray Tech/Radiologic Technologists, who are comfortable delivering high-quality diagnostic imaging and collaborating within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain radiologic imaging equipment in accordance with established protocols. Prepare patients for procedures, ensuring comfort and safety throughout the imaging process. Accurately perform radiologic examinations as prescribed, producing clear, diagnostic-quality images. Collaborate with physicians and medical staff to provide clear communication of imaging findings as required. Maintain detailed and accurate patient records, as well as comply with all HIPAA and safety regulations. Perform regular equipment checks and arrange for timely maintenance when needed. Adhere to infection control guidelines and organizational policies at all times.
Preferred Qualifications:
Valid certification or licensure as a Radiologic Technologist; ARRT registry preferred. Demonstrated experience as an Imaging - Radiology Tech or X-ray Tech in a clinical or hospital setting. Strong knowledge of advanced imaging techniques and safety practices. Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle multiple priorities. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a patient-centered approach. Flexibility to adapt to new technologies and changing healthcare environments.
