Qualifications:
Valid RN license in the state of IL or compact state eligibility Minimum of 1 year of recent Medical-Surgical nursing experience Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality, evidence-based bedside care to a diverse patient group Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans Monitor patient progress and document relevant observations Educate patients and families on treatment plans and post-discharge care Ensure safety and compliance with established protocols
