You'll oversee the daily operations of evidence-based programming, provide clinical supervision within an acute therapeutic setting, and support patient recovery, stabilization, and community reintegration. Responsibilities include supervising, hiring, training, and evaluating Mental Health Technicians. You'll also ensure adherence to facility values, LBH policies, and relevant regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS
:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in nursing from an accredited program is required. Current licensure by the Illinois State Board of Nursing.
Experience:
Minimum of five years of experience in an inpatient psychiatric setting or a closely related field. At least one year of supervisory experience is preferred.
Additional Requirements:
Ability to work occasional overtime and flexible hours as requested. Registered Nurse (RN) Program Director
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
: Implement and follow CEO directives for clinical care and ensure adherence to individual treatment plans. Promote therapeutic engagement and model evidence-based practices. Update and maintain accurate program plans, ensuring compliance with LBH standards and effective staff training. Ensure adherence to milieu treatment, unit programs, and accrediting/licensing requirements. Evaluate and recommend program modifications based on goals and standards; stay current with industry trends. Collaborate with external evaluators and maintain a positive attitude toward program reviews. Support a treatment team approach and communicate effectively with clinicians, psychiatrists, nurses, and staff. Oversee program implementation, ensuring safe and therapeutic interventions. Adhere to LBH policies, and assist in hiring, training, and managing Mental Health Technicians. Conduct and document monthly and bi-weekly meetings with Mental Health Technicians.
