Whether taking orders, upselling menu items, or handling transactions with precision, you'll play a vital part in our guests' enjoyment and satisfaction. 7.80 per hour plus tips as well Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery Recommend menu items and upsell specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales Manage multiple tables efficiently while maintaining high standards of hospitality and customer service Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties, using systems like OpenTable or similar platforms Maintain food safety and sanitation standards by adhering to proper food handling and sanitation protocols Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff during busy periods to ensure smooth operations Experience Previous experience in food service or restaurant roles, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation practices in the food industry Experience with food handling, food preparation, and basic math for cash handling and transactions Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Prior host/hostess experience or serving roles that demonstrate excellent guest interaction skills Join us if you're passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences!
