Key Responsibilities:

Deliver respiratory therapy care and interventions per physician orders and hospital protocols Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans Monitor patient responses to treatments and adjust therapies as needed Document patient assessments, treatments, and progress accurately in Meditech EMR Maintain equipment and ensure infection control standards are upheld Provide airway management and patient assessment during night shifts Float across hospital departments as needed Communicate effectively with team members Adhere to state licensure and certification requirements

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy or related healthcare field Valid RRT certification State licensure for Ohio Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Minimum 1+ years of recent hospital respiratory therapy experience
