Youll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to help young learners develop essential communication skills.
Qualifications and Experience Desired:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP Previous experience with pediatric populations, preferably in school settings Familiarity with early childhood and elementary student needs Comfort with a diverse caseload including moderate to profound needs Strong collaboration, communication, and documentation skills
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations for K12 students Develop and deliver individualized treatment plans based on student needs Document progress and maintain accurate records according to school and state guidelines Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with educators and families Offer direct therapy, consultation, and support for classroom integration
