Job Description

Desired Experience and Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current SLP licensure in California (or eligibility to obtain) Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred Previous experience in school-based settings strongly desired Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills Eagerness to work with a diverse student population Ability to manage multiple priorities with patience and positivity
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) Provide direct therapy sessions for students with speech, language, and communication challenges Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists to support student progress Maintain accurate and compliant documentation Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team conferences Deliver consultative and push-in services as needed This assignment offers the chance to make a difference every day, while growing professionally within a supportive educational community.
