Full-time, Contract Salary:
$50.00 - $57.00 / hour (based on experience) About the Role We're hiring 10 Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for school-based positions in the Los Angeles area for the 2026-2027 school year. CCC-SLPs and Clinical Fellows (CFY) are both welcome to apply. SLPAs will not be considered for these roles.

Hours:
Full-time, 40 hours per week (8-hour days)
Hourly Rate:
$50.00 - $57.00 / hour, based on experience
Caseload:
50-60 students
Assignment Type:
Varies by position; some roles are itinerant across multiple campuses
Student Population:
K-12
Responsibilities:
Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services to K-12 students Manage a caseload of 50-60 students across assigned school(s) Collaborate with teachers, parents, and IEP teams Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports Travel between sites as needed for itinerant assignments
Qualifications:
Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders Active California SLP License California SLP Teaching Credential CCC-SLP or CFY (Clinical Fellowship Year) eligible Previous school-based experience preferred but not required Training & Onboarding The district offers bi-weekly training cohorts. New hires begin either at the start or middle of the month to ensure proper onboarding before entering schools.
