9583487-97361 Job Description Step into a dynamic opportunity serving young learners in an early intervention program, supporting children at a formative stage of their development. This full-time, contract position is ideal for Speech-Language Pathologists passionate about working with early childhood caseloads. Beginning August 2026 for the 2026-27 school year, youll be an integral part of a collaborative, well-supported EI team in a school-based environment located near Monmouth, OR.

Qualifications & Experience:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Valid state SLP licensure or eligibility for licensure by the start date Clinical Certificate of Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred (CFs considered) Previous experience with early childhood or early intervention populations (preferred) Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to thrive in an itinerant, team-oriented setting

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver speech and language therapy to children in an early intervention program Complete evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans as part of a multidisciplinary evaluation team Provide both direct and consultative services across multiple sites as an itinerant SLP Engage families and caregivers in supporting student progress Maintain thorough, timely documentation and participate in IEP meetings as required Collaborate closely with teachers, specialists, and fellow EI team members to ensure a comprehensive support network Youll find ample support from a highly engaged EI team, opportunities to learn and grow in a collaborative atmosphere, and a chance to truly make a difference in the lives of young children during crucial developmental moments.
