9591385-97361 Job Description Embark on a rewarding contract opportunity as a Speech-Language Pathologist, serving young learners in a supportive early intervention (EI) program. This full-time role is based near Monmouth, OR, and is perfect for professionals eager to make an impact during the crucial early childhood years. The assignment begins August 2026, for the 2026-27 school year.
Key Qualifications & Experience:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current or eligible state licensure as an SLP Previous experience in a school-based or early childhood intervention setting preferred Strong assessment and evaluation skills Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational abilities Comfort with travel between sites as part of an itinerant assignment
Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough screenings, evaluations, and assessments for early childhood students as part of the EI program Develop individualized intervention plans based on assessed needs Deliver speech and language therapy, both individually and in group settings Collaborate with educators, families, and the multidisciplinary team to support student progress Maintain accurate, timely documentation and participate in
IEP/IFSP
meetings Provide consultative and direct services across various locations
