Job Description

Take the next step in your school-based career with three exciting onsite openings for enthusiastic professionals skilled in school Speech-Language Pathology and Physical Therapy. These full-time, contract positions are perfect for those passionate about serving diverse student populations in an urban environment. With immediate start dates and opportunities to support elementary, middle, or high school students, you can truly make a difference while developing your professional expertise.
Qualifications and Experience:
Valid Pennsylvania licensure for SLP or PT (as applicable) Prior experience in a school setting Ability to secure all required PA clearances Comfortable and adept at working within urban districts Reliable transportation to travel between locations if necessary Ability to work onsite exclusively (virtual placements not available for these roles) Commitment to the full school schedule: 35 hours/week, Monday-Friday, between 7:15AM-4:00PM, with no schedule adjustments Flexibility to work with elementary, middle, or high school caseloads, as assigned
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver therapy services directly to students in assigned caseload (elementary, grades 6-8 at Toby Farms, or high school) Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and implement treatment plans aligned with student needs Collaborate with other school staff, families, and administration to support student progress Maintain accurate documentation, compliance with regulations, and proactive communication with stakeholders Adapt therapy techniques to meet the varied needs of an urban student community
