Job Description

Step into a rewarding contract opportunity shaping the educational journeys of students in an urban school environment. Multiple full-time positions are available, each offering the chance to work onsite in a dynamic setting near Chester, PA. These roles provide the ideal setting for professionals with experience in school-based Speech-Language Pathology or Physical Therapy, eager to collaborate within supportive teams and have a positive impact across varied caseloads. Openings include one elementary caseload, one middle school caseload (grades 6-8), and one high school caseload. Candidates should be ready to begin as soon as possible and commit through June 10, 2027. Each position is scheduled for 35 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with required availability between 7:15 AM and 4:00 PM. Onsite presence is essential, as the district prioritizes in-person service to balance their current virtual staff assignments.
Qualifications & Experience:
Valid Pennsylvania clearance credentials (or ability to obtain them promptly) School-based experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist or Physical Therapist Reliable transportation for daily commute Comfortable working in an urban district and familiar with the local community Capable of managing a consistent schedule without accommodation to work hours Prior experience with diverse student populations preferred
Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive therapy services to students within assigned caseload Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student growth Document and monitor student progress, maintaining compliance with all relevant laws and guidelines Participate in planning meetings and contribute actively to the school community Expect a structured, engaging interview process via Zoom.
