Thirteen positions are available for passionate and highly qualified individuals eager to empower students throughout the contract term from September 8, 2026, to December 7, 2026. Enjoy a consistent daytime schedule, Monday through Friday, from 7:45 a.m. to 2:45 p.m., fostering growth and learning alongside a supportive school community.

Qualifications:

Must meet one of the following Highly Qualified criteria before submission: Successful completion of the MN Board Highly Qualified Para Exam (attach exam results) At least 60 college credits (official transcripts required; diplomas or degrees alone not sufficient) Experience supporting K-12 students, particularly in specialized or intensive settings, strongly preferred Ability to collaborate with educators, staff, and students in a dynamic, team-oriented environment Strong communication skills and commitment to supporting academic and behavioral growth Candidate resume and required Highly Qualified documents must accompany your application in order to be considered

Responsibilities:

Provide instructional, behavioral, and emotional support to students within the program Assist with classroom management, small group or individual instruction, and implementing learning plans Collaborate with teachers and allied professionals to adapt educational materials and strategies Participate actively in program activities, ensuring a safe and encouraging environment Communicate regularly with team members regarding student progress and needs This role offers valuable experience with potential for direct hire after 422 contracting hours.
