Must be highly qualified by one of the following: Passing the MN Board Highly Qualified Para Exam (Para Educator Exam) Completion of at least 60 college credits, with transcripts available for verification Ability to be self-motivated and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting Strong organizational skills, especially regarding paperwork, file management, and adherence to procedural guidelines Excellent communication skills for collaboration with staff

Responsibilities:

Assist the special education evaluation team with student files and testing protocols Perform classroom/student observations and prepare comprehensive write-ups Organize and purge student files for return to respective schools Maintain confidential documentation and support compliance with state and district requirements Adapt to changing workloads and deadlines with professionalism and accuracy
