We are hiring Mechanical Assemblers to join a growing production team that builds high-quality gym and fitness equipment like ellipticals, weight racks, and strength machines. If you enjoy hands-on work, using tools, and being part of a team, this is a great opportunity! What You'll Be Doing Assemble workout and gym equipment using tools and instructions Build sub-assemblies and complete full machine builds Use hand, power, and air tools safely and efficiently Move materials and finished products (manual/electric pallet jacks) Follow basic blueprints, work instructions, and measurements Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards Work in a small team (3-4 people) in a collaborative assembly pod Cross-train on different machines and product lines What We're Looking For ✅ At least 6 months of work experience (any industry) ✅ Prior assembly or manufacturing experience is a plus ✅ Comfortable using hand and power tools ✅ Able to read tape measures and basic instructions ✅ Strong teamwork and communication skills ✅ Good attention to detail Physical Requirements Lift up to 50 lbs consistently Ability to stand, bend, twist, and move throughout shift Comfortable with active, hands-on work Work Environment Clean, organized, and well-lit manufacturing facility Work in a team-based pod system (not a fast-moving assembly line) Not air-conditioned - can get warm in summer (cooling support like drinks provided) Cross-training keeps the job varied and engaging Why Join Us? ✨ Stable, growing company ✨ Team-oriented work environment ✨ Hands-on, active job (great for mechanically inclined candidates) ✨ Opportunity to learn multiple assembly skills ✨ Overtime available Interested?
