This role is responsible for preparing and maintaining our dough through every stage — from mixing to dough balling for service while supporting the pizza line during busy periods. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys the craft side of kitchens — fermentation, precision, and building a consistent product every day. At EZPZ we Trust the Crust , because the foundation matters. The Dough Specialist owns the fermentation discipline. Execute long fermentation program precisely Log dough temperatures daily Weigh dough balls in grams (no guessing) Maintain hydration standards Monitor bulk fermentation and cold storage Identify proofing issues early Communicate deviations immediately

Experience:

Breadmaking experience required Strong understanding of fermentation Food Handler Certification Obsession with precision Calm under pressure

Pay:

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
