Responsibilities:

Prepare baking ingredients by gathering, washing, and prepping materials as needed. Bake a variety of goods based on recipes, traditions, and customer needs. Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and compliant with safety guidelines. Monitor and maintain inventory of baking supplies and ingredients. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a safe and efficient kitchen environment. Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager or owner.

Qualifications:

Must be at least 18 years old. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment. Understanding of health and safety guidelines for food preparation. Strong multitasking skills without compromising quality or focus. Team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills. Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.

Position Details:

Hours :

Part-time, 12-20 hours per week, with the potential to grow into a full-time role. Training hours will be during the day and evenings, once training completes hours will be early morning or evenings.
