Because MillCross also offers an extensive food menu, our Baristas work as part of a broader hospitality team and should be comfortable helping guests navigate both our coffee and food offerings.

Responsibilities:

Greet and interact with customers, providing everyone with an excellent experiencePrepare and serve coffee and tea drinks that meet quality standardsRepresent and maintain the MillCross brand and culture, while also bringing excitement, enthusiasm, and creativity to programsProperly handle and maintain all equipmentPrepare coffee and espresso drinks according to our standards of qualityMaintain a clean workstation while executing service with speed and precisionClean and sanitize work areas, utensils, or equipment.

Taste and dial in to maintain consistent espresso extraction on the machineDemonstrate a thorough understanding of all the menu offerings (both coffee and food).Observe relevant health and safety standards.•

Requirements:

1-2 yrs Experience at a 3rd wave/specialty coffee shopFood Handlers License
