Job Summary Tips shared across the team We require experienced baristas with coffee or food service Have previous experience in a café or fast‑paced food service setting Be friendly, reliable, and team‑oriented Maintain high efficiency and service quality Be available for at least one weekend day each week Duties Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences. Operate cash registers and point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately, processing transactions efficiently. Maintain cleanliness of the work area, including equipment, utensils, and seating areas to ensure a welcoming atmosphere. Assist customers with menu selections, providing recommendations and answering questions about products. Monitor inventory levels of food and beverage supplies, restocking as necessary to ensure availability. Adhere to food safety guidelines and proper food handling procedures at all times. Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals while maintaining high standards of service. Skills Strong knowledge of food handling and food safety practices. Experience with cash registers and POS systems; familiarity with Aloha POS is a plus. Proficient in retail math and basic math skills for accurate transaction processing. Excellent sales skills with the ability to engage customers effectively. Previous experience in food service or a similar role is preferred but not required. Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. A passion for coffee culture and customer service excellence is essential. Why Join Us?
