Duties Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits, ensuring consistency and quality. Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their experience and promote repeat visits. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards. Manage cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; process payments efficiently. Develop new beverage recipes and refine existing ones to keep the menu fresh and exciting. Monitor inventory levels of alcohol, mixers, garnishes, and supplies; restock as needed while minimizing waste. Collaborate with restaurant staff to ensure seamless service during busy hours or special events like banquets or catering functions. Requirements Proven experience in bartending within fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or hospitality settings. Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, cocktail recipes, wine varieties, craft beers, and spirits. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; cash handling experience required. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently through effective time management and organization skills. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures. Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments preferred; banquet or catering experience is a plus. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and retail math calculations related to sales and inventory management.
