Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS efficiently for order processing, payments, and cash handling. Maintain a clean and organized bar area in compliance with food safety standards and health regulations. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and basic math calculations for change or totals. Monitor guest behavior to promote a safe environment, especially in lively settings like nightclubs or banquet events. Collaborate with kitchen staff and event coordinators for catering or banquet services, ensuring seamless service delivery. Keep track of inventory levels for beverages and supplies, restocking as needed to prevent shortages during busy hours. Qualifications Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly preferred. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is essential for efficient order management. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while maintaining professionalism. Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures to ensure compliance with health standards. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours. Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and retail math calculations. Experience in serving alcohol responsibly within legal guidelines; certifications related to alcohol service are a plus. Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and special events in dynamic environments like nightclubs or hospitality venues.
