Tres LA Bistro & Café is an elevated dining destination inside the iconic Pacific Design Center in West Hollywood. Since opening in April, we've been building something special: polished dinner service that transforms into Musique LA , our lively Saturday-night DJ and dance experience. We are looking for an energetic, reliable Food Runner / Busser to support this weekly signature event. About the Role This is a Saturday-night-only position for now, with potential for additional shifts as the business continues to grow. Team members in this role will be cross-trained and scheduled interchangeably as Food Runners and Bussers based on the needs of the evening. You'll help create a seamless guest experience during dinner service and support the transition into our late-night DJ experience. This role is ideal for someone who moves quickly, notices the details, and genuinely enjoys being part of a high-energy hospitality team. Schedule Saturday nights only Approximate shift: 6:00 PM-2:30 AM Must be available to work the full shift during these hours What You'll Do Support both food-running and bussing needs throughout the evening Deliver food accurately, promptly, and with polished presentation Clear, reset, and maintain tables to keep service flowing smoothly Assist with beverage refills and anticipate guest needs Keep the expo line, dining room, and service areas clean and organized Handle glassware, flatware, trays, and plates with care Support the dining room's transition from dinner service into DJ night Assist with general upkeep, including sweeping, trash removal, and restocking Communicate closely with servers, kitchen staff, management, and fellow support staff Follow all food safety and sanitation standards Step in wherever needed during busy moments—teamwork is everything What We're Looking For Restaurant or hospitality experience preferred A positive, guest-focused, team-first attitude Strong sense of urgency, timing, and attention to detail Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment Reliable Saturday-night availability through approximately 2:00 AM California Food Handler Card required within 30 days of hire Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs. throughout a shift Why Join Us Be part of one of West Hollywood's most fun Saturday-night experiences Work in the iconic Pacific Design Center Competitive hourly pay plus tips Potential for additional opportunities as Tres LA Bistro & Café continues to grow A supportive hospitality team that takes great service seriously—without taking ourselves too seriously Apply today to join the team behind Saturday nights at Tres LA Bistro & Café.
