The Prep Cook/Dishwashe will be responsible for preparing, cleaning and sanitizing dishes, pots and utensils. The ideal candidate has prior experience working in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in their work, and likes working with a team.

Responsibilities:

Ensure all food meets standards for safety and quality. Wash dishes and kitchen utensils. Learn the names of menu items. Learn to prepare menu items. Learn to use equipment such as the deep fryer and espresso maker. Prepare food. Prepare menus.
