Your Must-Dos:
Talk to customers face-to-face, providing friendly guidance on wireless programs. Promote and explain wireless products and benefits, helping each customer find the right plan for their lifestyle. Assist with enrollment and activation, ensuring a smooth and positive experience from start to finish. Answer questions and troubleshoot minor issues, turning every interaction into a lasting relationship. Work alongside an amazing Entry Level Event Assistant team that supports your goals and celebrates your wins. Stay organized and proactive by managing client information and following up on pending accounts. Keep up with new products and community initiatives to stay informed and share accurate details. Attend ongoing Entry Level Event Assistant training to enhance your skills. Represent the company with a smile — always professional, always approachable. Entry Level Event Assistant -Your Must-Haves:
A friendly, approachable communicator who enjoys connecting with people. Strong active listening skills and the ability to explain information clearly. Experience in customer service, sales, or retail is a plus, but not required. Positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-moving environment. Reliable and motivated with strong attention to detail. Team player who values collaboration and consistency. Must be 18 years of age or older with reliable transportation.
