Events Associate Juglife Water Los Angeles, CA Job Details Temporary | Part-time | Contract From $20 an hour 7 hours ago Benefits Employee discount Flexible schedule Qualifications Community management Logistics Grassroots community outreach Community relationship building Working with youth Experience design Full Job Description This position is for events/activations (not necessarily every week) Who Be outgoing, gregarious, professional, organized, motivated, adaptable, creative and up-to-date on cultural news and trends to foster a physical community of water/brand advocates. Creatively able to contribute and develop ideas for event activations and interactive touchpoints to increase engagement (i.e. attendance, participation, Rsvps) Fascinated by wellness, inspired to make an impact, cares about the youth and works well on a team Energized and find fulfillment in startup culture Responsibilities Event Logistics & Execution Manage the full lifecycle of event activations, including booth setup, equipment transport, and breakdown. Ensure all items on the event checklist are completed for successful execution. Drop off equipment and materials back at the office following community engagements. Public Advocacy & Engagement Act as the lead presenter for interactive youth programming and school assemblies. Engage with the crowd at fairs and fan fests to effectively market the foundation's benefits and values. Maintain an outgoing and professional demeanor to foster a physical community of advocates. Professional Development Analyze event success and report suggestions for improvement to the executive team. Maintain a working knowledge of the wellness industry and cultural trends to enhance the brand experience.

Have a creative and effective point of view of how to increase community engagement and participation Day of event execution is completed Constantly be thinking of how to refine, design or enhance people's experience interacting with the brand out in the community
Pay:
From $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 1.0 - 5.0 per week
