We're a colorful, fast-moving team that cares about the details and we're looking for someone who wants to be part of it. The Role As Event Staff , you'll help bring the Luxe Bites experience to life at our clients' venues. This is a hands-on role focused on setup, styling and execution . You'll collect prepared food and event supplies from our kitchen, travel to the event, and transform the space into a polished Luxe Bites display using our food, boards, risers, linens, florals, props and signage. You'll work across different venues and event types, so no two setups will look exactly the same. You'll need to be organized, comfortable working independently, and able to make practical adjustments while keeping the Luxe Bites look and standards in mind. Once the event is complete, you'll carefully pack down setup equipment and return it to the appropriate location. What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who takes pride in the finished product and enjoys seeing a setup come together into something beautiful, polished and seriously Instagrammable . Someone who has an eye for presentation, thinks ahead, stays calm when things change and can take a plan and make it happen on-site. Key Responsibilities Arrive on time at event venues and communicate with the kitchen or event team before departure Safely transport prepared food, equipment and event supplies from the kitchen to the venue Assemble grazing tables and food displays according to Luxe Bites presentation standards Style displays using boards, risers, linens, props, florals, signage and other decorative elements Create polished, visually appealing setups with attention to detail Adjust layouts based on table size, guest count, venue and event environment Maintain food safety, cleanliness and presentation standards throughout the event Communicate and coordinate with venue staff when needed Keep displays looking fresh, organized and guest-ready Identify and resolve small setup issues as they arise Report any damages, shortages or client concerns to the appropriate team member Pack down the event carefully and return equipment and supplies to the designated location Requirements Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle Comfortable driving to different event locations throughout the Bay Area Able to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods Strong attention to detail and visual awareness Able to follow presentation standards and instructions accurately Organized, punctual and dependable Calm and solution-oriented when things don't go exactly to plan Comfortable working independently at event locations Experience That Transfers Well Experience in catering, hospitality, events, restaurants, hotels, visual merchandising, styling or other hands-on service environments is a plus.
