They currently work with a remote assistant, but everything that has to happen in person — deliveries, vendors, appointments, event logistics — still lands on them. This role exists to take all of it off their plate. It is a genuinely mixed role: roughly two-thirds personal and household management, one-third operational support for the business, with event planning as the single biggest area where they need help. One hour you are booking flights and coordinating a repair at the apartment; the next you are managing vendors and merch for a launch event. You will not be inheriting someone else's system. You are building it, and then running it so well that neither of them has to think about logistics again. What You'll Own Household & Personal Receive, open and redirect deliveries; keep the home orderly and running Source and coordinate vendors for repairs and maintenance Keep the residence looked after during extended trips (1-2 months): cleaning, flowers, general upkeep Book flights, hotels and full travel itineraries Pet logistics: airline registration for the dog, hand-offs with the dog trainer, vet visits, vaccinations, grooming
