$17/hr Gameday Your Way is a growing events hospitality business that specializes in creating fun and engaging pre-game experiences for football fans at top venues, including the University of Notre Dame, the University of Wisconsin, and Soldier Field. We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team for fall events. As an Event Support Member, you will help ensure our events are set up accordingly. Additionally, you will help set up our clients' events and ensure that the event is running smoothly by delivering and setting up their equipment, catering, and beverage packages. Key Responsibilities:
Delivery & Setup:
Assist with the timely delivery and setup of tailgate equipment, catering, and beverage packages, ensuring all items are secured and organized.
Event Setup:
Arrange packages at designated locations according to client specifications, ensuring that all equipment, furniture, and amenities are in excellent condition.
Customer Service:
Engage with clients in a professional and friendly manner, addressing questions, concerns, or special requests to enhance their tailgate experience.
Safety Compliance:
Follow all safety protocols during delivery and setup to maintain a safe and secure environment.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with the event coordinators and other support team members to improve efficiency and streamline operations.
Troubleshooting:
Quickly resolve any on-site issues or technical challenges that may arise during setup.
Clean-Up and Breakdown:
Assist with the timely breakdown of tailgate setups and ensure all equipment is properly packed for future events.
Qualifications:
Strong customer service skills with a focus on delivering high-quality experiences Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Must have a "can-do" attitude and be comfortable working in a dynamic environment Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively Weekend availability is required
