National Dance and Talent Competition Tour! BravO! National Dance and Talent Competition is excited to announce that we are hiring traveling staff for the 2027 tour season! We are looking for experienced, energetic, and adventurous individuals to join us for weekly tours from February to May. We have multiple positions available, each playing a vital role in creating unforgettable experiences.

Available Positions:

Associate Directors Overview:

This role requires extensive knowledge of dance and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

Operate the judging tabulation station. Collaborate with judges and directors to prepare awards and critiques for the event.

Stage Management Overview:

Ensure a smooth operation in the backstage area.

Responsibilities:

Check in and assist participants and clients. Prepare for and assist with awards ceremonies.

Merchandise Manager Overview:

Manage the competition boutique and merchandise sales.

Responsibilities:

Greet and prepare studios for weekend events. Oversee all aspects of merchandise operations.

Production Assistant Overview:

A versatile role providing support across various event functions.

Responsibilities:

Assist staff during events, including awards ceremonies. Schedule breaks and meals for the weekend. Audio/Visual Technician -

Audio Overview:

Responsible for the setup, operation, and teardown of professional audio systems.

Experience:

Familiarity with Midas Digital Consoles, dB Technologies DVA Loudspeakers, Show Cue Systems, and MediaMaster Grand VJ XT programs is a plus. Audio/Visual Technician -

Lighting Overview:

Oversee the setup, operation, and teardown of professional lighting systems.

Experience:

Knowledge of Chauvet DJ lighting, ShowXpress program, ETC lighting consoles, and familiarity with various lighting fixture operations and programs is a plus. Why Work with Us?
