  • Window and Chandelier Cleaning, Pressure Washing, Pool Cleaning and Maintenance, Exterior Building Cleaning Position Overview Responsible for leading all on-site training and development initiatives for The Service Companies' hospitality operations.
The Training Manager will oversee new hire onboarding, department-specific training, leadership development, and ongoing compliance education while serving as the primary training liaison between The Service Companies and the client property. This position plays a critical role in ensuring team members are properly trained, engaged, and equipped to deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Essential Duties Lead all new hire orientation and onboarding programs for hourly and leadership team members. Develop, coordinate, and facilitate training programs for housekeeping, stewarding, public area, kitchen cleaning, and other operational departments. Ensure all training materials, documentation, certifications, and employee records are maintained accurately and in compliance with company standards. Conduct classroom instruction, hands-on operational training, and field coaching to reinforce service standards and operational procedures. Partner with operations leaders to identify training needs, performance gaps, and development opportunities. Monitor training effectiveness through observations, audits, coaching, and performance metrics. Ensure compliance with all company safety programs, OSHA requirements, client policies, and standard operating procedures. Facilitate leadership development programs for supervisors and managers, including coaching on communication, accountability, and employee engagement. Maintain training calendars and coordinate schedules to support business needs while minimizing operational disruption. Support employee cross-training initiatives to improve operational flexibility and career development. Recognize employee achievements and reinforce a culture of continuous learning and professional growth. Serve as the primary point of contact for all training-related initiatives between the client property and The Service Companies' leadership. Prepare and present reports on training completion, compliance, and performance metrics to senior leadership. Promote The TSC Way by fostering a positive, engaging, and service-focused work environment. Adhere to all company and regulatory policies, promptly reporting any concerns or policy violations to corporate leadership. Requirements Minimum of 3-5 years of training, learning & development, hospitality leadership, or operations management experience , preferably in a hotel, casino, or large resort environment. Experience designing and delivering training programs for large, hourly workforces. Strong presentation and public speaking skills with the ability to confidently facilitate training for groups of varying sizes. Excellent coaching, mentoring, and interpersonal communication skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously. Experience maintaining training records, compliance documentation, and employee development plans. Knowledge of adult learning principles and effective training methodologies. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, or holidays, as business needs require. Physical ability to stand for extended periods while conducting training sessions and walk throughout operational areas. Compliance with company and client appearance standards.
