Executive Housekeeper Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Head Housekeeper to lead our housekeeping team at our Wyndham hotel. The ideal candidate will have prior housekeeping leadership experience with Marriott, Hilton, or Wyndham brands and a strong background in hotel cleanliness standards, staff supervision, scheduling, and quality control.indeed+2
Responsibilities:
Supervise, train, coach, and support housekeeping staff to maintain high cleanliness and service standards. Schedule housekeeping team members based on occupancy, arrivals, departures, and business levels. Inspect guest rooms, stayovers, checkouts, public areas, hallways, laundry areas, and storage areas to ensure they meet brand and hotel standards Maintain cleanliness, organization, and readiness of guest rooms and public spaces at all times. Monitor housekeeping inventory, including linens, amenities, cleaning chemicals, guest supplies, and equipment; place orders as needed Work closely with front desk and maintenance to ensure room status is updated and any repair issues are reported and followed up on promptly Assist with training new hires and reinforcing proper cleaning procedures, safety practices, and brand standards Handle lost and found items according to company policy Monitor productivity, labor usage, and overall departmental efficiency Assist with deep cleaning projects, special projects, and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Prior leadership experience in housekeeping with Marriott, Hilton, Wyndham, or similar hotel brands preferred.wyndhamhotel Strong knowledge of housekeeping standards, hotel operations, and guest service expectations Ability to lead by example, train staff, and hold team members accountable.manatal+2 Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment and adjust to changing occupancy needs.easy Must be dependable, detail-oriented, and able to maintain a professional appearance and attitude.
Preferred Experience:
