The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our hotel, ensuring a welcoming environment for our guests. This position requires a strong commitment to hospitality and an eye for detail, as the Housekeeper will be responsible for upholding the highest standards of cleanliness and service. Responsibilities Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to hotel standards. Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities as required. Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and surfaces to maintain a tidy appearance. Vacuum carpets and mop floors to ensure cleanliness throughout the hotel. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Assist with laundry services as needed, ensuring linens are cleaned and stored properly. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when restocking is necessary. Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests in a timely manner. Skills Experience in hotel housekeeping or industrial cleaning preferred. Time Management and Team Player, must able to clean rooms. Strong custodial skills with knowledge of floor care techniques. Familiarity with housekeeping management practices is a plus. Attention to detail with a passion for cleanliness and organization. Excellent time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated time frames. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
