This role involves crew management, routine maintenance, and ensuring the smooth setup and upkeep of properties. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, capable of problem-solving basic maintenance issues, and comfortable working on weekends and holidays for additional hours. As a key operations team member, you will serve as the boots-on-the-ground leader responsible for maintaining high standards across our properties. Responsibilities Manage and supervise crew members to ensure efficient completion of tasks Perform routine maintenance and basic handyman work on apartments and houses Assist with cleaning tasks during slower periods to support team operations Coordinate projects related to property setup, including preparing new houses and apartments for occupancy Troubleshoot and resolve basic maintenance issues promptly to minimize downtime Set up properties for new tenants or guests, ensuring all standards are met Work weekends and holidays as needed, with additional hours paid accordingly Act as the operational point of contact for the STR team, maintaining communication between team members and management Qualifications Proven experience in crew management or supervisory roles in property maintenance or cleaning services Ability to perform routine cleaning, basic handyman repairs, and troubleshooting maintenance issues Strong organizational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays when required Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks and manual labor as needed Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Pay:
$17.00 - $23.00 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 - 40.0 per week
