A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Job Description
Position Title Building Services Student Worker
Department Building Services
Responsibilities Assist the Building Services department by cleaning classrooms, offices, restrooms, and performing other assigned tasks. Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions.
In this role, you will help clean and maintain campus buildings. Responsibilities may include special projects, floor care, and detailed cleaning as needed.
Qualifications Pass a back ground check, valid driver's licenses, student, minimum age 18, show willingness to work and be dependable.
Hourly Wage Minimum wage
Status Part-time
FLSA Non-Exempt
Desired Schedule 6:00pm-11:00pm, M-F - flexible
Total Hours Per Week 19.5 per week - flexible
Semester Needed Fall, Spring, Summer
