About the Role As a Meal Prep Associate, you'll play a hands-on role in preparing and assembling our monthly meal kits for customers. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with food, takes pride in their work, and loves being part of a small, supportive team. Responsibilities Prepare and assemble meal kits according to our recipes and portioning guidelines Handle food safely and maintain a clean, organized workspace Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures at all times Assist with receiving, organizing, and storing ingredients Support the team with general kitchen and prep tasks as needed Experience Reliable, punctual, and dependable Comfortable working with food in a kitchen environment Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting Positive attitude and willingness to learn ServSafe Food Handler Certificate required — if you don't have one yet, no worries!
