Chicagoland Area Salary:
$70,000-$85,000 per year Are you an experienced restaurant leader ready to take the next step with one of Chicagoland's most successful independent restaurant groups? Moretti's Ristorante is seeking an energetic, results-driven General Manager to lead one of our high-volume, full-service Italian restaurants. If you're passionate about hospitality, developing great teams, and driving financial success, we'd love to meet you. For over 30 years, Moretti's Ristorante has built a reputation for exceptional food, outstanding service, and a commitment to our employees. We proudly operate 21 locations throughout the Chicago area and continue to grow, with our newest restaurant opening in Rosemont, Illinois, in 2027 . Unlike national chains, every Moretti's location is local. There are no out-of-state transfers, no relocation requirements, and no extensive travel. Build your career with a company that is growing while allowing you to stay close to home. Responsibilities- Lead all aspects of daily restaurant operations.
- Build, coach, and develop a high-performing management team.
- Recruit, train, and retain exceptional employees.

- Manage sales, labor, food costs, and profitability.
- Ensure operational excellence, food quality, cleanliness, and safety.
- Create a positive culture built on teamwork, accountability, and hospitality.
- Drive sales growth while maintaining company standards. Qualifications
- 3+ years of General Manager or senior restaurant management experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant.
- Strong financial and operational management skills.
- Proven leadership with a track record of developing successful teams.
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
- Passion for hospitality and exceeding guest expectations. We Offer
- Competitive salary: $70,000-$85,000
