Overview:

The Restaurant Manager leads a department within the restaurant ensuring their teams have what is needed to provide our guests excellent service and a great dining experience. Leading by example, positivity and the ability to motivate and coach teams are what create a successful Restaurant Manager.

Salary Range:

$60,255.00 to $70,655.00 per year Starting Salary pay rate is determined based on years of experience and education. Pay raise after completion of training Annual pay raise based on performance evaluation

Job Duties:

Oversee teams for successful Guest Service and Guest Experience. Cost control, food, bar, labor, ordering and inventory. Train, mentor and coach teams. Shift planning and scheduling. Ensure compliance of labor laws and safety policies. Perform restaurant opening and/or closing duties. Lead and motivate teams, supporting company culture and business needs. Implement specials, marketing initiative and internal contests. Assist in Interviewing, onboarding and orientation of new team members.

What We Are Looking For:

2 years of experience as a server or bartender Training or leadership skills preferred but not required Positive and approachable personality Passion and determination for excellent service Excellent communication skills Collaborative team player and leader Self motivated with a drive to succeed
