JOB DESCRIPTION
The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day warehouse operations supporting the company's large-scale seafood storage and distribution business. PAFCO operates refrigerated and freezer storage, with 19 refrigerated docks and about 108,000 square feet of storage.

Thursday:
6:00am - 2:30pm
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, staging, and shipping of seafood products. Lead and coordinate warehouse employees, assigning daily tasks and ensuring staffing and workflow needs are met. Maintain accurate inventory levels through proper product handling, lot tracking, rotation, and cycle counting. Coordinate dock operations, including loading/unloading trucks and maintaining efficient product flow. Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are followed throughout warehouse operations. Monitor warehouse productivity, order accuracy, and shipping schedules to support timely customer deliveries. Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, OSHA, and company safety standards throughout warehouse operations. Operate and oversee the safe use of material-handling equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment. Train and coach employees, address performance issues, and enforce company policies and safety procedures. Work with other departments such as Production, Logistics, QA/QC, and Transportation to ensure orders are completed and shipped on time.
QUALIFICATIONS
3+ years of experience in warehouse, distribution, logistics, or a related environment; food, seafood, cold storage, or manufacturing experience preferred. 1-2 years of supervisory or lead experience in a warehouse or distribution setting. Experience working with refrigerated and frozen products and maintaining cold-chain and food safety standards. Strong knowledge of receiving, shipping, inventory control, order fulfillment, and warehouse operations. Operate and oversee the safe use of material-handling equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment. Strong understanding of inventory accuracy, lot tracking, product rotation, and shipment documentation. Proven ability to lead, train, coach, and hold employees accountable for safety, productivity, and performance. Strong communication, organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled warehouse environment, including refrigerated and freezer areas. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in logistics, supply chain, or operations preferred.
